The new website loads very slowly in my Browser.

This depends greatly on your connection speed and the internet browser that you are using. The website loads best using a 56K dial-up to Broadband connection, using Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Once the website has been loaded, you will be able to access it faster when going from page to page.

What is Real Player?

Real Player is a multimedia playback application used for viewing internet or streaming media.

How do I get Real Player?

Real Player can be found at the website www.real.com.

What version of Real Player do I need to play the media?

The media displayed on www.truthofgod.com are formatted for Real Player 7 and above. Therefore, one needs at least the Real Player 7 version of the application to be able to access the media properly. However, the laster Real Player is called RealOne and is free as well. It can be downloaded from www.real.com.

I need help installing Real Player.

Once the application software has been downloaded from www.real.com. Double-click the setup program and follow the instructions. Real provides an "easy-to-follow" guide while installing the software.

What about Windows Media Player....can I use it instead of RealOne?

Unfortunately, Wiindows media player is not used or supported in this website for viewing the multimedia presentations. Perhaps in the future we will use the application, but for now the presentations are only accessible or viewable with RealPlayer.

I can't play the media clips....they always time out.

This depends heavily on your connection speed. After installation, Real Player is ready to play streaming media. If you are experiencing major difficulties, upgrade to the latest version of Real Player. It is called RealOne and is free. It is located at www.real.com. Other problems may include the consumption of too much bandwith. If you are on a dial-up connection, please close some of the other internet browser windows that you have open so the real player will have access to more bandwidth and not time out. Real Networks has several pages of support. You may be able to find additional assistance here! Also you can find it here as well!

The sound/video of the media clip are are a little distorted...what can be done to help with the overall clarity?

This depends highly on your connection speed and bandwidth. The media on www.truthofgod.com are formatted for a 56K dial-up audience. Although it is encouraged that users of this website access it using broadband methods (i.e. DSL or Cable Modem), 56K dial users can still view and hear entire presentations. In short, the sound/video quality can improve with connection speed and bandwidth allocation. You may be able to find additional assistance here!

The video is "choppy" or the clip plays in still frames..Is this a problem?

No. Some media clips are encoded this way for overall image quality. Also, it is common for low bandwidth connections (28K and 56K dial-ups) to playback streaming media in this manner. You may be able to find additional assistance here! Also you can find it here as well!
